Mermaid's Lagoon. It's a mesmerizing glitter top coat that has a nice mix of small blue shimmers, small round purple glitters, and small hexagonal silver glitters. Let's be honest, I was already in love with this nail polish just from the name which is sad, but hey, I am a sucker for the shiny things named mermaid. What I really love about
Mermaid's Lagoon is that you don't have to dab the glitter onto the nail- you just dip into the bottle, paint the nail and there's an amazing amount of glitter distributed! It looks great on it's own in two coats, and especially nice over blue or purple polish! You might remember this from my
Monster's Inc inspired NOTD! It's not an opaque coat of glitter, it is, like I said above, more of a top coat but it still delivers! The glitters just work so nicely together and catch the light to really make your nails shine! I absolutely love it! Hands down, a fast favorite! You can get this at Five Below for a whopping $2!
