Blogmas Day 3 | Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush "Natural Beauty"

It's no secret by now that I my skin is as translucent as a ghost. Alright, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit but I sure can give Snow White a run for her money! In the holiday season (won't say Winter because it's still technically Fall!) everyone loves breaking out their deep plums and red blushes. I was never able to wear red blushes because they look ridiculous on my pale skin, sort of like BoBo the Clown applied my blusher for me the way he learned in Clown College. I've still always admired that red and rosy glow where it looks like Jack Frost nipped at your nose and cheekies. Not quite sure why I'm using so many similies. Anyway, this long winded explanation is to introduce this gorgeous gem by Tarte cosmetics! It is their Amazonian Clay Blush in the color "Natural Beauty". I first saw this on the blog Essiebutton and then heard about it once more on one of her videos. I was instantly intrigued as she said it was perfect for lighter complexions as it gives off a very natural looking flush. I couldn't agree more with that review and upon seeing it myself I couldn't be happier with the results!
The Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes are so amazingly pigmented and blend able so you can go for that intense strawberry-red color or a more natural flush. I prefer the natural flush, and with a light hand I still get color and it almost looks airbrushed! I find myself grabbing this color more and more for an "everyday" blusher which is kicking Benefit's Hervana in the keister! The packing is compact and cute, with a mirror for on the go application(which you won't really need to retouch because it lasts for ages on the skin!) Also, every single one of the Amazonian blushers have packaging that represent the color inside, so no more digging around! This'll come in handy as I begin to collect more!

My final thoughts; perfect for the wintry season for a bit of natural flush without over doing it! They're so blendable that it'd be hard to go a bit crazy!

What are your thoughts on Natural Beauty? What are some of your favorite blushers for the wintry season? I'd love to know! :)
