Clinique | Moisture Surge Intense

I'm not one for writing up negative reviews on my blog because of two reasons: 1.) I like to keep things positive and 2.) like most beauty bloggers I like to do my fair share of research before purchasing something. Still, sometimes you'll be left disappointed with a product that got stellar reviews. I had super high hopes for Clinique's Moisture Surge Intense moisturizer. I ran out of my old one and was just looking for something new try. My skin is super dry and I was trying to see if there was anything more hydrating. I had tried this at my friend's house when I didn't have any of my things and it was brilliant! Maybe I didn't get the right one, but for some reason this one just doesn't sit right with me. It was both the regular Moisture Intense, as well as the Moisture Surge Intense. The consistency is whipped and very smooth. It feels super nice on the skin but that's as far as it goes. I never understood the feeling of having a product just sit on top of your skin, until now. This moisturizer does moisturizer but it does not sink into the skin at all. It also made my skin feel super tacky. I had my boyfriend touch my cheek to see if it felt funny and he said it felt clamy. This was a problem because when I went to apply my foundation in the morning it made it so that the foundation also just sat on top of my skin. It started just sliding around all over the place through out the day. I know it's not my foundation because it was my Dr. Jart ++ Waterfuse and I haven't had any problems with it. I returned it straight away and went back to my Imperialis moisturizer from LUSH because it's moisturizing and actually hyrdates my skin instead of sitting there for show.

That's the problem with having so many products available in one category, you start second guessing or wanting to branch out. Consider my lesson learned. I would not recommend this product to ... anyone. It may seem like that moisture seems up your ally, but what's the point if it's not actually hydrating your skin?

Have you tried this moisturizer? What were your thoughts? What's your favorite moisturizer to use? SO MANY QUESTIONS!

Empties #01

Today I have my first ever empties to share! Usually when I finish I'm super quick to toss it out. I'm not a fan of clutter and if can be gotten rid of, it get's ridden! So this year I really wanted to start sharing my empties because those have become some of my favorite posts as you see what people can manage to use up, how long it took them, and if they liked it enough to repurchase it or buy something else! When you watch the video you'll realize that I'm not one to use up products the quickest so it's taken me this long to collect even this little collection. Hope you all enjoy! Don't forget to subscribe if you liked the video and want to see more!

Have a happy Tuesday!

Current Craves | NARS Eyeshadow Singles

NARS E/S Singles Wishlist
Nooooo! I shout in horror because today I'm starting the spring term of college and I'm not excited. After two months off, would you be so thrilled?! I'm way too comfortable just sitting in bed, sipping on tea, blogging, and creating these wishlists!

From the sleek packaging, to the creative product names and great quality product it's safe to say that I'm a big, big fan of NARS. They may very well be my favorite high end brand, even though I only have a few of their products. I have their four cheek products and one eye shadow duo. I never really ventured into lusting or even giving too much thought to the single eye shadows until I came across this blog that featured a single shadow in an amazing smokey look! Then another blogger blogged about a more neutral shade and I knew I needed to take a closer look at these! On Friday I stopped by a Sephora in the city on my way home and took a look at all the single eye shadows and these are the ones that I am now lusting after!

  • Galapagos | rich bronze with gold flecks
  • Mekong | espresso infused with gold
  • Night Star | sheer peach with gold pearls
  • Baby Girl | cotton candy pink with gold flecks
I got the descriptions off of Sephora.com because I couldn't accurately describe the different dimensions to each shade I swatched. They're each so unique and in the pan look like shadows you can probably find dupes for in your collection, but when swatched ...  *sigh* they're so pretty! They're also really rich in pigmentation and smooth! I hope to one day own all these colors!

Do any of you have a NARS shadow you love/want? Which one would you choose out of these 4?

Follow Friday | Blogs I Come Back To

Happy Friday guys! You're all happy that it's finally the weekend and I'm sad because it's my last one before college classes start once more. I've transferred school and while I'm happy I'll be going to school in my favorite place in the world, I'm also very nervous! Anywho, earlier this week my blog was featured, with others, in a favorite blogs post by Coco on The Beauty Milk. I thought that it was very kind and generous of her to feature my blog! So I decided to do the same today and share the blogger love! Here are a few of the blogs I find myself coming back to at the moment. They are in no particular order, but all fantastic blogs that I love to read and keep myself updated on!
Chelsea has such high quality photos on her blog for all her posts that this alone made me want to follow. Her pictures show off the products so well and her reviews are short, while at the same time telling you everything you need to know!
Judy's blog is your one stop beauty central. She posts short and sweet posts that highlight what the product is/is supposed to do and her thoughts on it. She'll also post little tutorials here and there which are super pretty and easy to follow!
Melissa is the sweetest girl I had the pleasure of "meeting" on blogger. She always posts the cutest outfits of the day and I love her LUSH reviews. She'll make you want all things LUSH!
I've only recently found Emma's blog and I'm already in love, patiently awaiting another post! They are all well thought and so amazingly composed. She posts tips and trick about beauty and fashion, and her fashion posts have become my go to read!
Andrea is the blog you follow if you want to buy all the things! Her photos are high quality and the reviews are short and sweet! You can mostly find her on her YouTube channel (frominsidemycloset) but she's slowly coming back to the blogger world and you can be sure she'll be posting and making your wishlists longer!
Coco posts amazing reviews on her products, small make up tutorials, and she has a brilliant series called "Try It Out Thursdays" where she digs for products in her collection that she normally doesn't reach for and gives them a try! I look forward to them every Thursday!
Kayleigh's blog is the epitome of classy and elegant. She posts a great mix of beauty, and fashion with a little bit of her life thrown into every post! Her posts are very well written and thought out. She was actually one of the first blogs I followed and I love it more and more each time!

Of course these aren't the only blogs I read, I read a whole lot but these are the ones I find myself coming back to at the moment and think they are bloggers you all would really enjoy! I hope you find some new reads from this post!

 Have a great weekend everyone!

Mini Haul | Sephora & Forever21

What's the worst thing that could possibly happen to a beauty girl not trying to spend money? Answer; all her skincare products run out at the same time! Usually my skincare products will run out a month apart from each other allowing me to spread out my purchases, but not this month! My cleanser and moisturizer were just gone and my toner is on its last little spritzes! So I went over to Sephora with my sister on Monday to finally pick them up. I didn't repurchase my ol' faithful LUSH Ultrabland Cleanser or Imperialis moisturizer because while I do love them, I wanted to see if there was something else! If my new products don't work out for me I'll most definitely just switch back to my old routine, but change is good, right? I also picked up two little extras that weren't exactly on my list, but hey! This is considerably good when you think about how much I used to spend! Enough blabber from me, here's what I got!
  • Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser | Since I wasn't going to stick with my LUSH cleanser I wanted to branch and try out something new. I used Spehora's handy dandy product finder and this one came up for acne/blemishes and blackheads. The reviews were all really good so it's got my hopes up! People actually saw their black heads getting smaller and less frequent blemishes, but only time will tell! I've used this three time already and the one thing that stands out is that it heats up!!! How cool is that?!
  • Clinique Moisture Surge | I stole used some of this moisturizer when I didn't have mine at a friend's house and it worked so well! It sinks into the skin quickly and moisturizes really well! I have had time to use this and the only thing I'm debating is if I should have gotten the intense moisture relief because my skin is quite dry and the cleanser is drying as well :/ May swap this one out!
  • Korres Mango Lip Butter | Okay, this was a tad cheeky purchase. (I can see why some of you think I'm English) I never fell for the hype on these lip butters as I have a ton of lip balms and butters. That was until my best friend got an entire set of these for Christmas and I played with them more closely. There's something so cute and fun about them! I got the Mango one because it smelled the best to me!
  • Striped Buckled Crossbody Bag | I didn't go to the mall intending to walk out with a new bag. I knew I needed one because my current one has a popped zipper and a teared out magnet. I have my Rebecca Minkoff crossbody but it's bright, neon orange so a tad inapropro for the winter. Anywho, we walked into Forever21 and I saw this gem and I knew I had to have it. I needed a new bag, I've always wanted this 'type' of square bag, and it's striped in blue and white! How nautical! I love it to bits already and can't wait to break it in!
A small, but very thought out haul. It feels good knowing I'll get loads of use out these things, so I feel less guilty for spending my money. If you've used any of these products, let me know how you got on! I know everyone raves about the Korres Lip Butters so it's nice to finally have one!

What have you hauled recently?

Secret Starbucks #01 | Apple Pie Frappuccino

One of the things I really wanted to start doing on my blog was writing some sort of personal posts that weren't beauty related but something you'd all still may have fun reading! On Sunday my cousin was telling me about this strange (caramel-filled) Starbucks frappuccino she has and that it's not on the menu. What I ended up finding out was that there is a whole secret, under ground, Starbucks menu! I was instantly curious and looked it up. It's not even a small menu or limited to just frappuccinos! This had me thinking; I love Starbucks and am sure some of you enjoy it as well, so why not start a small series on this blog to chronicle my attempt to try every single secret drink Starbucks has to offer! I'm adventurous and up for trying anything and most of those drinks sounded seriously delicious! In each post I'd let you know what you should have your barista do (or how you may just be able to simply order it) and then my thoughts on it! You guys will have to let me know what you think but for now I'll start with the first one I tried on Monday and that was the Apple Pie Frappuccino.

A thing to note about these drinks, most of the baristas don't actually know about this 'secret menu'. So you'll just have to either show them or tell them how they need to make it because if you just say "Apple Pie Frap" they'll look at you like you've gone mental and wonder "Why God? Why did I have to get the nutter?!" The barista who helped me a few days back just took a look at my phone and wrote down everything she needed to add, so as long as they know what they need to do, they'll do it easy peasy! :)

For the Apple Pie Frappuccino, have your barista:

  • Fill up the first line with cream case,
  • Fill up to the second line with apple juice,
  • Add one pump of cinnamon dolce syrup,
  • Another pump of caramel syrup,
  • Top off with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
This actually did end up tasting like a fresh apple pie! It was so delicious that when I took one sip and the barista asked me how it was, I practically shouted out "Fantastic!". I could taste the creamy apple, which was exciting and strange! I can see this being a better drink to have during the warmer months instead of in the freezing cold, but it was still tasty and a fun treat!

Is this something you would try? :)

The Sister Tag | Meet Vicky!

Happy Tuesday everyone! This was a requested video ... and by requested I mean my sister, Vicky, begged me to film this with her! I decided to oblige and it ended up being really fun, if not a little nerve wracking for the both of us in the begining! We answer some random questions and share some funny stories with you all. My sister and I are really cuckoo bananas and always act like we're the toddlers on Toddlers & Tiaras hyped up on sugar! We're three years apart but she's a little more mature for her age and I'm a tad immature so we meet nicely in the middle! Suffice to say we don't always get along, but when we do it's a fun time! I'd love if you lovelies watched it. I promise, even thought the video is 12 minutes long, we were being entertaining!

Hope you all enjoy!

Current Craves | Jeffrey Campbell Litas

Solestruck Litas
How many of you own a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Litas? Okay, put your hands down. I'm officially jealous! These pups are taking the fashion scene by storm and have been popular for quite some time. They never appealed to me as they just looked absolutely massive! Recently though I've been seeing them on other blogger's fashion posts as well as the 'litas' tag and the way people have been wearing them made me want them! I used to think you needed a certain 'look' to be able to pull these off but I've seen grungy, girly, hipster, etc. outfits/looks and they've pulled these off amazingly! I especially loved them with shorts and a plaid shirt, as well as a cute dress or a skirt! It made me think these would be awesome to have during the spring/summer season to seriously spice up my "look". They're $159 on Solestruck so they're not cheap and I'm really going to think about how often I'll wear them in reality, not just how cute I think they'll look in my head, before I jump the gun and order them! I've heard that they are super comfortable despite their intimidating height. When you think about it, you're only on a 3 inch heel because of the two inch platform, which is still high, but not as high as 5 inches. I'm not sure, still debating...

What do you guys think? Are you craving these? Do you have a pair? How do you like them?

MAC | Candy Yum Yum

Happy Thursday! It's almost the weekend and it couldn't come any sooner. I have an exciting lippie to share with you! It is MAC's Candy Yum Yum lipstick! You will have no doubt heard about this lippie if you've been stalking the MAC part of the blog o sphere. Candy Yum Yum was actually a lipstick that MAC brought out with a limited edition collection a few years back and then once more, for a limited time, in their MAC By Request collection. Everyone goes gaga for this shade, and even the color shy want to try this out, or at least own it! So MAC made it easy and it's now a permanent shade! It is a bright, neon, hot pink. It encompasses everything that is bright and girly. It is basically everything I love in a lipstick. You look at this and think "show stopper". It's a matte finish and MAC's matte finishes are known to be a little more hydrating, but I'll admit that if I didn't "scrub and balm" my lips, this feels a tad dry and shows all the icky bits! Just make sure your lips are nicely moisturized and this will apply a magnificent coating of color in one sweep! I can see this being a HUGE hit during the spring and summer months. Heck, I'm wearing it now! Haha! The packaging of this is the classic MAC black bullet and it retails at $15 anywhere you can find MAC products. There's nothing stopping you from owning this beaut!
What do you guys think? What are some of the brightest lippies you own?

FOTD: The Classic

Hey, all! I'm here to share my face for the day as it's a look that makes me feel very classically pretty! I say 'classically' because I feel like black liquid liner with a bit of wing and bold, red lips are classic! This used to be my 'go to' look when I was in high school. It was an art school, so this was sort of tame, haha! I had also perfected my wing but for some reason I seem to have become a little rusty with it! I dislike that college has made me play/experiment less with my make up. I go more for the 'no make up' make up looks now, which I love, but I miss wearing my bold colored lippies and black liner! So today, since I'm just hanging with Rico Suave, I thought I'd go back to my old ways and make myself comfortable wearing this look again! I also spiced it up a bit (if you can call it that, haha!) by adding some super neutral shades to even out the skin on my eye lids and a soft, yet defined crease. I feel quite pretty right now and with my red and white polka dotted headband I feel very "fifties"; my favorite era!

Here's what I used:
  • Dr. Jart ++ Beauty Balm
  • L'Oreal Magic Lumi Concealer/Corrector
  • MAC MSF Natural in Medium
  • Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette (Walk of Shame all over the lid, Venus underneath the brown bone, Naked 2 softly in the crease)
  • Sephora Long Lasting Liquid Liner in Black
  • MAC Fleur Power Blush
  • MAC MSF in Soft & Gentle
  • MAC Redd lip liner
  • MAC Lady Bug lipstick
Let me know what you think! I'd also love to know what your 'go to' make up looks are! What make up looks make you feel at your most pretty? :)

Current Craves | Skincare & Haircare

Current Craves | Skincare & Haircare
I'm not exactly on a "spending ban", more so I'm teaching myself the value of a dollar and what is worth it and not. I know a lot of us beauty girls like to say we've got shopping problems but I honestly do. It was something I did when I was happy because I needed a reward and when I was sad because I thought I needed a pick me up. The reason I bring this up is because when I went to the city to get my stitches out, I got there early and lo' and behold there was a Sephora I could spend time in. I browsed the Clinque and Caudalie sections because my skin care items are running out (all at the same time! I don't have enough pennies to replace them all!) I then got to the Bumble and Bumble section. Always such a lovely section to browse around as their packaging is fun, but sheesh the prices! I honestly don't understand why Bumble and Bumble price their items so high. Even the little mini versions are outrageously priced! I know some people take the plunge and LOVE it, but that's just it, what if I LOVE it and then can't justify rebuying?! So it's basically been a lusting after skincare and haircare sort of week and I've managed to stay good and not jump the gun and buy all willy!
  • Caudalie Beauty Elixir | I did a review on this back in early September (you can find it here) and I finished by saying I would buy it again. Well, I haven't since then but now I find myself missing its peppermint-y smell and refreshing mist every morning. The price tag still haunts me, but I think I will take the plunge when my current toner runs out.
  • Boscia Luminizing Black Mask | I've had a lot of black heads on my face pop up recently and I want them gone! I've tried loads of black head/pore minimizing products but nothing ever works. The reviews on this are amazing, but again, that silly price tag is keeping me from buying it!
  • Clinique Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hyrdarator | What a fancy name! Was it too simple to just say 'moisutrizer'? Haha. I'm running out of my current LUSH moisturizer and whilst I love it I want to try something new and a bit more moisturizing. The winter months leave my skin so dry and thirsty! A friend of mine has this and I used it and I really loved it so this I know I will be buying soon!
  • Bumble & Bumble Grooming Creme & Surf Spray | There was a display in Sephora that said the combination of these two products would leave you with perfect beachy waves. That is my ideal hairstyle and so of course I was like "MUST HAVE" but then I saw the price tag! C'mon Bumble & Bumble! Maybe one day I will buy these products, so if/when I do I really hope they live up to their claims. If not, I'd end up being one unhappy customer!
If any of you have used Bumble & Bumble products, what did you think? It doesn't matter which cause I feel like they are all too expensive for what they are. I could just be talking out of my butt, what do you all think!?

Urban Decay | NAKED Basics Palette

First off, let me start out by saying that there is no possible way I could be writing this post if it weren't for Judy (Judy's Beauty Blog) and her absolutely generous giveaway, that I won! I've never won anything before and it's fine and dandy that the time came during this one! The Urban Decay Naked Basics palette is the newest edition in the Naked family. It is Urban Decay's answer to all us Naked palette lovers; an all matte palette! I've always loved my Naked and Buck shades in the Naked 1. I use them for "no makeup" make up looks and they make excellent blending colors! So yeah, I was excited when this palette came out, to say the least!

Naked Basics is packaged in a rubberized material (think NARS packaging almost). It's super compact which would make it great for traveling! It's a little smaller than an iPhone 4 and it fits nicely in the palm of my hand. It's half the size of the Naked 1 or Naked 2 palette; instead of 12 shadows it comes with six. The palette is meant to be all matte but there's on shade that has a bit of sheen to it and it seems almost satin-y. Venus is a satin, pearl white shade (the only one that's not completely matte). I've been loving wearing this in the inner corner, it really brightens up the eyes! Foxy is a yellow-toned neutral shade that you may also have if you have the Naked 2 palette. Walk of Shame (W.O.S.) is the pink-toned neutral sister of Foxy. Either one makes a really nice natural looking brow highlight. I like to actually blend them together for an all over lid color. Naked 2 is a super light toned brown. It's really similar to Naked in the Naked 1 palette, just a tad more yellow toned and lighter. Faint is a light chocolate brown. It's not too deep a brown so it makes a nice crease color, as well as just an over the lid color. Crave is a a dark, matte black color. Nothing new there, you'll probably have a ton of matte blacks lying around in some palettes by now! The formulation on all of these was very smooth and pigmented save for Crave. Crave came out a little on the drier side but it still applied nicely on the lid. The colors blend really nicely and work well with a lot of different shadows.

Overall, I'd say this palette is worth the $27. At first glance, I wasn't sure if this was something I needed (I knew it was something I wanted!) but upon seeing it in person and then swatching it I'm sure I would have bought it myself. I highly recommend this palette for anyone who wants a few more matte colors to round out the neutrals in their collections! Winning this giveaway meant that my Naked Palette collection is now complete and I'll write up a post soon on wether or not you need all three/reasons to want each!

What do you guys think of this palette? Something for you, or something you'll pass?

Forbidden Winter | A Tutorial

YouTube really needs to start letting me upload my own thumbnail pictures. I will rejoice the day I am given the permission to do this. With each video upload they get sillier and sillier! First it was funny, now it's just like "this still doesn't even have anything to do with the video, c'mon now!" #rantover

I've been dying to wear my burgundy/plum/vampy lip colors but could never figure out an eye look that would compliment it and now vy for the eye's attention (so to speak). It's still the winter time (although the weather is proving otherwise) and I want to get wear out of it! So I came up with this beauty that I named the Forbidden Winter look! It features neutral browns, frosty highlights, and of course a raspberry-vamp lip! It's subtle and nothing that'll make people do double take's on the street if you wear it out! I wore it today on my trip to the city to get my stitches removed. My dentist said he liked it, haha, so we've got medical approval! It's a very easy look to recreate with similar colors or if you have the Naked 2 palette! Now you have no excuse to not rock the vampy lip! If you want to see how I created this look, watch the video below!

Let me know what you think!

Bath & Body Works | Pumpkin Face Mask

Admit it. About 63% of you didn't even know that Bath & Body Works sold other things besides candles, pocket bacs, and shower gels/lotions! Don't feel bad ... I didn't know either, even after a week of working there! Upon working closing I noticed the 'True Blue Spa" wall that has everything to do with products that make it easy and fun to pamper yourself. It's actually really cool stuff! Then I noticed this little gem, sitting all the way on the bottom shelf in the corner. I picked it up out of curiosity and saw that it was a Pumpkin face mask. I think it smells really good! Very homey, and comforting. Very pumpkin. My coworkers cringed and wondered where I lost a few screws! It's supposed to be a renewing mask, now I'm not exactly sure what it means but it sure does smooth and soften my skin! Quite noticeably, too even after the first time I used it. The texture is a bit funny, it's described as "whipped and creamy" but it's almost gelatinous, haha! Which is not a bad thing, it's just strange. I still haven't figured out exactly where this is supposed to fit into my skin care routine and how often is too often. I mostly apply this mask before I begin my entire skin care routine, let it sink in for 10 minutes and then wash it right off. You will, right away, notice that your skin looks super smooth and quite soft to the touch which I think is thanks to the pumpkin. If you're looking for a fun mask to have in your skin care routine, I'd recommend taking a look at this! It's not the most glamorous and doesn't promise tons of benefits but who doesn't want skin as smooth and soft as a baby's bum?!

What are some of your favorite face masks to use? I also love LUSH's face masks, but am on a less strict schedule with this one! (no expiration dates ;) )

Current Craves: MAC Brushes

MAC | Brush Wishlist
I 100% blame Andrea from Andrealamode (FromInsideMyCloset) for my current lust for MAC brushes. (Okay, maybe like 95%, the MAC girls are pretty darn convincing, too) Every time I watch one of her haul videos it seems like a new MAC baby gets added to her family of brushes and I die inside and cry "Why can't I have you too?!" I don't want them all, just a few that I feel I would get a lot of use out of (and one that everyone and their cockroach owns in the beauty world!) They are muy expensivo which is why I'm not running over to MAC to "impulsively" buy some. I tweeted at MAC to see if they would be at IMATS in NY, but alas, they won't ): So no discounted brushes for me! Anyway, I'm rambling... here are the top 5 brushes that I am in seriously lust with at the moment!

  • 168 Large Angled Contour Blush | A lady at MAC once used this on me to apply blusher on my cheeks and I noticed two things: 1. It applied/blended so well and 2. It was the softest thing I've ever felt on my cheek!
  • 188 Small Duo Fibre Face Brush | This is where I blame Andrea. She mentioned in one of her videos that this brush in particular was amazing for applying highlighters, and me being on my highlighter kick, I immediately thought "MUST HAVE!"
  • 239 Eye Shader Brush | This would be the one that everyone and their cockroach owns. (Plus, it's amazing at applying like ... everything.)
  • 217 Blending Brush | It soft, but stiff all at the same time and it's amazing for adding color to your crease and then blending it out to perfection.
  • 227 Large Fluff Brush | Large. Fluff. Brush. I think that's all really. It's large. It's fluffy. I want it.
I seriously never understood the hype for these brushes unless I got someone to use them on me and I actually touched them. They are like your own personal make up artist because you honestly can't do any wrong when you're trying to work with them! I don't think I'd buy these three all at once because they average out to almost $29.80 each and that's a lot, even for me! But some day, maybe, I'll own these beauts in my collection and be yelling at you all to go out and get one because they are the bees knees!

If you could choose to get any one brush from MAC, which would it be?!

MAC | Show Orchid

FINALLY! Just ... finally! Today I'm going to be talking about the lipstick that I've lusted after for the longest time. Many a time I would convince myself I didn't need it and then go buck to lusting after it. My dear friends, it is MAC Cosmetics lipstick in Show Orchid and she is perfection. It's a MAC Pro product which made it rather difficult for me to find, but I've finally got my hands on it! It's this gorgeous fuchsia-berry-hot pink (it's got a lot going on) shade. It's one of those shades that can do no wrong in any season. It's bright enough for the spring/summer but berry enough to pull off in the fall/winter months, as well! The finish is Amplified Creme which means it's practically the smoothest and most pigmented type of formula you'll ever come across from MAC. It glides onto the lips like a dream (and I say this is a girl with dry lips!). I also love that it stays on my lips even after I've drunken a grande Starbucks coffee. I'm guilty of being that girl who just knows which cup is hers because most of her lipstick has transferred onto the cover. But this one doesn't budge and I love it! MAC lipsticks all retail for $15, which may seem a bit pricey but this color is so worth it!

I'M GETTING MY TEETH YANKED

Wisdom teeth. If we didn't freakin' need them and they serve no purpose why are they in our mouths wreaking havoc?! My wisdom tooth is in cahootes with it's neighboring molar, and by cahootes, I mean they're snuggled up against each other and whilst this is going on it hurts me to pieces! It's early in the morning, I haven't been allowed to eat a single thing since 12 A.M. and am still not allowed to eat anything because I'm getting sedated. Which is fantastic because I do not want to witness the dentist's massive hands digging up my gums like a mini sandbox! Do I sound a bit neurotic? I am a bit nervous. I've never been sedated. I've gotten teeth pulled sure, but ugh, this feels so different, so much more painful! Anyone ever get their wisdom teeth removed? Share your stories and make sure to leave out anything that isn't rainbows and sunshines or I may very well just lose it! Okay, okay ... I've got to go get ready. What's appropriate clothing to wear? Am I allowed to wear make up?! These are things you can't look up on google and it stinks!

On a few different notes ...

1. If you haven't already please go like my new facebook page! It would mean very much to me and you'll be able to see when a new post is up or a new video! click hurr

2. I have also put up one of my camcorders on auction on ebay! It's a Sony, about 3 years old and the quality/condition of it is like new! If you or anyone you know is need of one please let me know or bid on it! I started it at $80 which is not so bad and I think it's only in the US! It needs a new home :) click hurr

3. Yesterday, I played around with my make up to create a look for a tutorial I want to film quite soon! It came out absolutely amazing and I hope I can recreate it on camera some time soon. Maybe in a week or two (sounds like a long time but I need my mouth not to be all swelled up, and I've got work :/) But it's so cool and I really can't wait to share it with you all! I actually like it so much that I got super flirtatious with my camera and took some snaps and put it into this collage. I really like it and needed to share! It's now my sidebar image and facebook image! :)
Wish me luck guys!
